Stacking Ball Colori Review

My little nephew (7 mos.), for whom I purchased this toy, loved it. He was cranky and hungry when he arrived, but was quite interested in exploring the ball. He stopped complaining and reached for it. What's more interesting is that another relative had given him an electronic ball--pretty much the same size as this--and his siblings placed that one side-by-side with this and turned it on (all the lights and music flashing) and he preferred this Colori ball. The better to stick in his mouth. Oh well.

Clutching toy Dwarf Review

It's small, soft and a very sweet little face for a baby to look at. The subtle rattling sound is in the pink ball on the hat. My 6 month old could not clutch it as easily as the Haba Kringelring or other Haba wooden teethers because it is rather stout for getting little fingers around! I see it as a toy to hold for and show to my baby, rather than something to just hand to him to play with on his own. The face is printed on (the reason it does not get 5 stars) but the butterfly is embroidered.

Haba Wooden Clip Tra-la-la Review

I bought two of these clips to clip Max and the Caterpillar on to my son's car seat. All it took was a little tug and they would pop right off. Then the metal was bent so much that they wouldn't clip to anything else after. So they kind of sat around until my friend brought her two year old over and he chewed on them until the metal piece came off of the wooden piece and he nearly choked on it! We ended up throwing them both away. We added Dragolino and my son loves all 3 of his springy pull-type toys but I don't recommend these.

Convoi Review

The price is high but it's clear that you have to pay more for better quality. This is a top-knotch, quality toy.

Our 2 year old enjoys the stacking and actually realizes that the faces go on top (although sometimes upside down). Uses the string for pulling, too, as intended of course.

Not Made in China! and is going to make a great heirloom. Would recommend.

Haba Kringelring Toy Review

My son has been chewing on this since he was 4 months old and he is now one and still chews on it as well as uses it as a rattle.I like the fact that he is not chewing on plastic.The paint is non-toxic and does not come off.

The toy is also made from wood which is renewable vs. plastic which is a petroleum based product.

The product is heirloom quality as all Haba products are.

Haba Miro Clutching Toy Review

We have at least 7 Haba toys, and this is my son's favorite now.The bell in it makes a great rattle, and he can easily hold it and shake it around (he's 9 months old).It's a quality German toy, drop-proof and non-toxic.For younger babies with smaller hands, I recommend Haba's Kringelring.For a great teether, I recommend Haba's Trix Toy.For a cool ball to roll around, I recommend Haba's Ballino.But if your baby is older and loves to make noise, Miro is definitely the toy for you!

Pipapo Review

Ramba Zamba Review

I bought this toy along with Haba Ballino and Pipapo to replace my son's plastic toys. He has teeth and makes dents in everything. He has had it for over a week and still enjoys to hold, shake, and put it in his mouth. This is the only toy out of the 3 where the paint has chipped off on a couple of edges, maybe because they are not rounded like they are on Pipapo and Ballino. It still beats plastic toys, though.

Duck Duck Clutching Toy Review

My 6-month-old received this as a Christmas present.It was cute and we liked that it was made of wood.But after a few weeks of playing with it, teething on it, and carrying it around in the diaper bag it fell apart.It is made of small pieces, so it would be very unsafe if it fell apart while a baby was playing with it.I am very disappointed.

Kringelring Review

Fun, safe, non-toxic, made in Germany. Great for grasping, mouthing, even shaking like a rattle. We were worried he might get pinched between the colored segments, but somehow it just doesn't create a a hazard at all.
