I got this foam rocker to go with our Dream Meaddow play mat.It doubles as a "bridge", "boat", "fort", and many othe things for my daughter's older brothers.It is a little big, but I keep it under our cradle swing where it fits perfectly when its not being used on the Dream Meadow.

Haba Dragonstone Castle Review

My son loves this little castle. Contrary to what you would think reading a previous review this castle doesn't come with inhabitants. There's a more expensive version that does though. My son loves it just the same. It's plenty of fun with all it's different details that can be explored and he loves to place random little toys inside of it that he then keeps taking out and putting back in.

Little Garden Pegging Game Review

I purchased the Haba Junior Peg Board at the same time for [...]. I was surprised when they both arrived and were pretty much the same size. The Junior Peg Board was listed for ages 1 1/2 at the time I purchased it, but I still don't let my just turned two year old child play with it unsupervised. It has since been changed to 2 1/2.

As far as the little flower garden, here's my opinion:

Pros:Cute

Cons: Way too expensive for what you get. They should have made it a bit larger. Half the pieces to this toy are choking hazards. I bagged that half up and figure my child can use them when three or older. The holes are small enough on the pieces that they can get stuck easily on little fingers. I keep this toy out of reach and only bring it down for supervised play.

Basically, if your two year old explores by putting things in their mouth occasionally or puts their fingers in holes, this is not the toy for you.It's a toy that I look at and want to kick myself for spending the money on.

Haba Kringelring Toy Review

My son has been chewing on this since he was 4 months old and he is now one and still chews on it as well as uses it as a rattle.I like the fact that he is not chewing on plastic.The paint is non-toxic and does not come off.

The toy is also made from wood which is renewable vs. plastic which is a petroleum based product.

The product is heirloom quality as all Haba products are.

Hearts Pacifier Chain Review

My daughter loves this pacifier chain. We get tons of compliments on it all the time. Besides being so darn cute and vibrant the best thing about this chain is that she can not remove the pacifier and has not been able to remove the clip. All other chains with velcro leave us with no pacifier because she takes it apart and throws her pacifier away.

Haba Play Tent Pirate's Treasure Review

My daughter received this tent as a gift.

It has many good features:
It is very well made
It is large enough for 2 kids to share
It folds down into a very small package
She can "clean up" her room quickly by shoveling her toys inside the tent

Some limitations:
Only for indoor use
It is large - and therefore takes up a lot of floor space
It is expensive

The main limitation is that it is a professionally made and decorated tent.Although this is always set up in her room, my daughter prefers to use chairs, blankets and pillows to make her own "tents."And she would rather put this away than give up the large moving box we painted and cut a door and windows in (sometimes her house, sometimes a puppet theater).However, I like that it helps keep the rest of her room tidy and hides the chaos in an attractive way, so it is staying up and maybe it will catch her interest more in the future.

Educo Rainbow Block Set- 50 Pieces Review

Recently purchased these and am pleased with them so far. The size for these is quite small: the cubes are 1 1/8" on a side. At 6 months old, my daughter can grasp the cubes very well; good for helping her develop her fine motor skills.

Haba Land of Dragons Stacking Puzzle Review

These are the best blocks I have ever come across. The "stacking" part is what really sets these blocks apart from others. These keep my 1 year old son entertained for long periods and provides calm play time for him. The quality is the best I have seen. THey kinda remind me of a nostalgic toy that I would have had as a child. Certainly this is one of those treasured toys that I will hold on to forever. It's a keeper. I have since ordered 3 more toys from HABA.

In lieu of food, she has these blocks to play with. (Hopefully working on her grasping skills while she's with the family.) They've held up quite well to all the grabbing, chewing, and throwing off of the table that they've had to go through. We've just started her on solids, so they are now getting washed with every meal and are holding up very well. Like all of the Haba toys we've purchased, these are quality products and I can see they will last for years to come.

Another nice side perk to these blocks is that they match other lines of Haba blocks, so they blend right in with the other sets.

Haba Clown Blocks 28 Piece Review

I've found this to be true of most HABA toys, they are smaller than they should be. These blocks are tiny and not what I was expecting, but my 2 year old still loves to play with them, so I'm not going to give it a bad review. I love knowing these blocks are safe.

Haba Fantasy Blocks Review

I received the Fantasy Blocks for my baby boy (11 months old) just recently and he began playing with them right off the bat. He enjoys keeping the blocks in the box that they were packaged in and he rearranges them inside the box and makes interesting patterns.I like it that these blocks are safe (non-toxic, non-lead based paints).They are beautiful blocks.They are not your average-looking set of blocks.They have beautiful geometric designs.I wish I had these blocks as a child.I'm glad that I found these for my son.My father (who is German) told me that Haba is a well-known company in Germany that adheres to high standards in toy-making.This is good to hear because of the recalls that we have been hearing about lately from other toy companies.It's great to find the Haba brand of toys on Amazon.
