Magnetic Stairs Review

I purchased a lot of Haba toys, even more of the marble run toys.
All their products are super high quality, and super fun for my
2 and a half year old son. I purchased this one a few months ago
and my son absolutely loves it, and plays with it all the time, all
his friends, and mommies of his friends love it too. Everyone wants to
get one after they see their kids wrapped up with it for long periods of
time. I love toys that are fun and make kids smart, and that's what this
toy is and does. Kids have to use strategy to figure out where to put the
red and blue pieces to make the marbles go where they want them to,
not to mention my son uses his little cars on it as well. It's a really good
sized toy, I like toys that are bigger and hardy. I'm also happy that it's made
in Europe and I don't have to worry about possible lead.

Fantasia Review

This would be really great except the magnets don't stick to the wood pieces.We also have the Haba Indian Summer and those magnets stick really well.These slide right off so you end up with a pile of wood shapes that don't stick to the magnet board.Also, while the other Haba magnetic arranging games have a thin wood magnetic board, this one is just a piece of cardboard.
UPDATE:I contacted HABA by email and they immediately replied saying they would take care of the problem.They sent me a new set of magnets (which have the 3M logo on the back) and so far they are sticking really well.I am very impressed with their customer service.

My kids (6 and 3) love this. They can play with this alone or in conjunction with the Haba ball track (also great). It is definitely recommended if you have the Haba ball track - it adds a whole new dimension of fun. If your kids like the ball track and like games, get this.Makes for great family fun when we can all play together, and great fun for them on their own when we can't help with the ball track. Comes with several types of games (4 or 5, I think) you can play - my kids especially like the bowling-type game and the numbered arches (whichever one the ball rolls through is how many points you get). We love it, and the quality is fantastic (Haba makes the nicest wooden blocks I have ever seen).

Geo Shape Tack Zap Review

The idea is great, but my almost 3 year old, who has great fine motor skills, struggles to place the tiny nails in the tiny hole.It's like threading a needle.I don't know why they made them so small.The first time my son played with it, he swung the hammer aiming for the nail, but hit the shape instead.Of the five shapes he managed to hammer in, 2 snapped in half when he struck them with the hammer by accident.Lastly, the cork board is really small.The whole think could have been made much better.Very disappointing.

Haba Capitol Review

I purchased several Haba architectural building block sets for my six year old as she loves to build and learn.The blocks are durable, soft with no rough edges (no worries for splinters) and designed very well.I was pleased that the Capitol set came with a building block listing so that you know how many of each block type you should have in your box.It would be nice if there was enclosed a picture from all angles of the Capitol to assist you while you are building but nevertheless we enjoyed building the Capitol together and my six year old learned much and had much fun doing so.

Haba Whirlwind Ball Track Accessory Set Review

The HABA Ball Track set is fabulous and I recommend it highly but of all the add-on's purchased, this was the hardest to set up and adjust. Purchased for a five year old boy, it was way beyond his abilities and was quite a challenge even for an adult. Once set up correctly, one little bump would undo a lot of work and took the fun out of it. However, a challenge can be a good thing and it does teach patience.

Wonder Dice Fabric Blocks Review

We purchased the Wonder Dice Block set for our son when he was about 5 months old and was finally showing interest in picking things up and playing with them.After 3 months of fairly heavy use, I can say that this was worth every penny.If the bright colors, mirrors, and multiple different types of fabric were not enough to keep him entertained, the fact that most of these blocks also make sounds (jingling, squeaking, etc) certainly would be.Parents will especially appreciate the fact that these blocks are nice and soft, making them less of a problem to worry about when your budding genius discovers that he/she can throw them (into walls, furniture, windows, etc.).As a tip - the little fabric "tassle" on the top of the cone is especially good for tickling noses!

My 17 month old daughter and I love this dollhouse.My 4 year old son likes to play with it too.It is very well made and super cute.Everything fits inside.I even manage to squeeze the Lotta and Lilli dolls in there. It is pricey but worth it for such a unique quality item. It is large so don't expect a small child to be able to carry it around. My daughter even sits on the chair made for the dolls. Very cute!

Click-clack ball track by HABA Review

The twin boys I watch (almost 3) love this thing! They sit & play with it for an hour @ a time. The balls do fall off the track sometimes but it's no big deal they just put them back on (99% of the time it is the green ball that has a flat end that falls off, the other two included balls seem to do just fine). It's an expensive toy but we love it & it's nice to hear the wooden rolling noises & bell tinkle rather than sirens or other annoying noises. Glad i bought it!

Kaleidoscopic Blocks Basic Building Blocks Accessory Set by Haba Review

I jumped the gun a little and bought these blocks when my son was about 8mo old. Even though this toy is recommended for kids of about one year, my son still spent considerable time examining the cubes and mouthing them. What I like about blocks in general though, is that they can grow with your child - add different shapes and colors later on and the kid can build so many things with them for a very long time.
